- Editorial resources and publishing costs are already incurred
- Visibility and exposure are delivered instantly upon publication
3. Cancellation before publication
Requests for cancellation may be considered only if submitted before content publication, and solely at the discretion of Talk Orbis.
If approved:
- Any processing or administrative charges may be deducted
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may vary based on payment gateway policies
4. Editorial discretion and rejection
Talk Orbis reserves the right to:
- Edit, modify, delay, or decline publication of content that does not meet editorial, legal, or ethical standards
- Reject submissions that violate Applicable Laws or Platform policies

5. Payment errors and duplicate transactions
Refunds may be issued in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical payment failures where funds are successfully debited but Service is not initiated

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Payments made to Talk Orbis do not guarantee:
- Traffic volume
- Lead generation
- Media coverage beyond the published content
- Business, funding, or commercial outcomes
Dissatisfaction with performance or results shall not qualify for refunds.

- They will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund timelines may vary based on banks or payment gateways
- Talk Orbis shall not be responsible for external processing delays
